Conquest The Last Arguments of Kings Miniature Game Men at Arms Expansion
Preorder- Jun 2019 estimated. “We’re not some Geronese mercenary filth here, lad. We don’t make coin out of death, we don’t loot the dead or plunder. We are professionals. Seamstresses make clothes, blacksmiths make weapons and tools, carpenters make furniture. We are men-at-arms and our craft is war.” The bulk of the armed forces in the Hundred Kingdoms today is composed of well-equipped, professional soldiers called men-at-arms. In the early days of the Hundred Kingdoms these men were referred to as sergeants-at-arms and were beholden to their feudal lords. They were granted plots of land in exchange for their services, most commonly as a soldier in the lord’s retinue. This privileged positions allowed them not only to secure quality arms and armor, but also to train in the use of the sword, a weapon hitherto limited to the nobility. This led to the creation of a landed elite, the gentry, whose standing...
Conquest The Last Arguments of Kings Miniature Game Abomination Expansion
Preorder- Jun 2019 estimated. “…we lost the sky as it stepped over us, crashing through half the squad. And that sound! At first, I thought it was the men but… I-it whimpered, Sire. It whimpered as it slaughtered. My captain, a veteran of ten years, soiled himself.” Abominations loom several man heights over the head of even the tallest mortal. Their gore slicked limbs spider out from its bulbous, distended abdomen and thorax. They are instruments of pure mayhem on the battlefield, scuttling forwards and reaping a bloody toll with their scythe like appendages, leaving only bloody ruin behind them. Survivors speak of a keening whine, just on the verge of hearing that pervades their memories, a sound that registers deeper than the cries of their fallen comrades. This is the only sound an Abomination can make, the only sound it is allowed to make: a keening howl to convey the...
Conquest The Last Arguments of Kings Miniature Game Force Grown Drone Expansion
Preorder- Jun 2019 estimated. “They never screamed or howled or anything, you know? They had no battle cries. They just made these sounds... Gurgling growls and snarls, like hate drowning in boiling blood.” - Heimlen Mullner, Man-at-Arms In the dispassionate view of the Directorate, all life that crawls from their vats is a product. Clones, which are grown directly from original Exile life strands, are perhaps high-end products, the best of which can someday prove themselves and even earn some standing in Spire society. Such a fate is forever beyond the wretched Force Grown Drones. All Drones are spliced from ‘base’ tissues, found locally on Eä, and therefore no Sovereign Lineage would ever countenance a creature as inelegant as the Force Grown Drone. The Directorate has no such compunctions. In fact, they are the ones who first came up with the distinction between clones and drones, and the Force Grown Drone...
Conquest The Last Arguments of Kings Miniature Game Households Knights Expansion
Preorder- Jun 2019 estimated. - I have coin beyond counting. I have men-at-arms aplenty, I have crossbowmen, I have militia and above all, I have allies in the Conclave. What have thee, fool, who claims my land? - I have knights. Your allies in the Conclave may throw you a rich funeral with your coins, when they are done with you. The time, effort and money required to train a knight is staggering. Training begins at the age of seven, when the young aspirant is trained as a page. Around the age of fourteen, weapons and horsemanship training are focused on and the Squire is expected to follow his master into battle if needed. By the age of twenty one, a prospective candidate is expected to have impressed his master sufficiently to earn his recommendation. Following the sweeping reforms of Charles Armatellum at the onset of his conquests, the ceremony of...
Conquest The Last Arguments of Kings Miniature Game Brutes Expansion
Preorder- Jun 2019 estimated. “It punched my horse. It punched my charging horse.” - Sir Antonus von Konigstadt Unlike the elegant Biomantic processes and techniques used in the development of creations like the Marksman Clone, the Brute Drone reflects the callous disregard the Spires have for the suffering of their creations. Selected from the least imperfect of the force grown drones they employ as cannon fodder, the prospective Brutes are carried off and subjected to a ruthlessly efficient testing process, to see if their bodies can survive the stress of transformation. Those who fail this test are left fit for little else but biomass recycling. For those that survive, this invasive procedure ends with the prospective clones being sealed in the massive armor which they will wear for the rest of their lives, short as those may be. They are lowered, armor and all, into a vat with hyper aggressive muscle and bone augmentation...
Conquest The Last Arguments of Kings Miniature Game Marksman Clones Expansion

Conquest The Last Arguments of Kings Miniature Game Crossbowmen Expansion
Preorder- Jun 2019 estimated. “What do you mean you’ve not been trained in this ‘contraption’, soldier? Secure the string, place the bolt, direct it at the enemy and press the trigger. Aiming’s optional. There. Trained.” The crossbow represents a significant technological improvement over the bow and longbow. While some could argue that the longbows increased range and rate of fire outclass the crossbow, mastery of that massive weapon requires years, while a man can learn to competently care for and use a crossbow in a matter of days. This factor has made crossbows the favourite weapon of mercenary companies throughout the Hundred Kingdoms, or at least those who do not baulk at the cost of the device itself. The most reliable and famous (as well as wealthiest) of such companies are the Geronese Free Companies. These companies are the spiritual descendants of the crossbow armed mercenaries that the infamous mercenary captain,...
Conquest The Last Arguments of Kings Miniature Game Steel Legion Expansion
Preorder- Jun 2019 estimated. “Forget their training. Forget their armor, their weapons and the fact your best were trained by their worst. Just remember one thing, dear cousin; when the Steel Legion moves, Kings fall.” - Duke Anghelus, now King Anghelus I of Munlin Upon the death of Otto IV, there were six Imperial legions in the field: the Gilded Legion, the Legion of Steel, the Adamantine Legion, the Legion of Ash, the Legion of Smoke and the Argent Legion. In the chaos that followed, all but two of these were disbanded by order of the Imperial Conclave. The only remnants left today of these once mighty institutions are the War Colleges in Argem. The survival of the Gilded Legion was ensured by their critical role in safeguarding the sovereignty and independence of the Imperial Mint. The Steel Legion, on the other hand, survived by the simple expedient of refusing to...
Conquest The Last Arguments of Kings Miniature Game Core Box
More than six centuries have passed since the Fall changed Eä. Humanity struggles to rebuild after that cataclysm and the Long Winter that followed. With mankind far from the glory and might of its Old Dominion, the enigmatic Spires exert their power for the first time in eons. Shedding millennia of custom and practice, the merchant princes seek the wealth of the lesser races, in an effort to break the stranglehold of power the Directorate and the Sovereign House exert.
